THE FLYING MAN

This piece was constructed in stainless steel and concrete and the original is displayed outside my studio in Sussex. Now available as a limited edition of 5 in bronze cast by the Talos Foundry.

This sculpture works well when displayed on a plinth where the feeling of movement comes alive. The bronze hand has been welded to the steel ring and the weight is carefully distributed to provide stability, however in a goodish breeze the figure gently moves which I find adds to the power of this piece.
